Kerry is the founder, creative lead, and driving force behind KR Painting. With years of experience, a passion for quality craftsmanship, and a genuine love for happy clients, she brings care and attention to every project we take on.
She personally handles the estimate process—visiting each property to assess the scope of work and take detailed photos. From there, she sends a clear, professional estimate along with proof of insurance so you know exactly what to expect. Need help choosing colors? Kerry’s happy to coordinate a consultation to make sure every detail feels just right.
Our workflow is a smooth, full-circle process: Pearla books the estimate, Kerry completes the walk-through and sends the quote, and then hands things off to Carol for scheduling and coordination. When the job is complete, Pearla steps back in to handle final invoicing. It’s a true team effort—and Kerry’s warm, hands-on approach is at the heart of it all.

Pearla is the engine behind the day-to-day operations of KR Painting. She’s often the first person you’ll connect with when booking an estimate—whether you schedule it yourself or reach out directly, Pearla makes sure everything is set up just right.
Behind the scenes, she works closely with Carol to keep job details up to date, tracking every detail from deposits to final payments, Pearla is on it. She also builds and maintains the systems that keep our team efficient and organized, manages website updates, and leads our weekly meetings to keep everyone aligned.
In short: If it needs doing, Pearla makes sure it gets done—thoughtfully, thoroughly, and always with the client’s experience in mind.

Carol is the organizational heartbeat of KR Painting. She’s the one making sure every project gets off to a smooth start and stays on track. From confirming project details and scheduling your start date to assigning the right team and coordinating color consultations, she keeps everything running behind the scenes.
Carol works closely with both our clients and crews—handling questions, sharing updates, and making sure everyone has what they need to do the job right. Whether it’s confirming specifics, coordinating with other contractors, or making sure the right paint is ready for pickup, Carol is always one step ahead.
